How to improve collective bargaining in the hospitality sector?

This was one of the key questions discussed at the EFFAT Congress on November 26 in Valencia, Spain.

EFFAT (EFFAT European Federation of Food, Agriculture and Tourism Trade Unions) invited Marta Kahancová and Adam Šumichrast, together with colleagues from the ADAPT institute, to present recent research findings on the state of trade unions and collective bargaining in hospitality and tourism in 12 countries.

These findings informed a list of recommendations for trade unions in this sector.
